SHIPPING How long does it take for my order to process? All orders received before 3:00pm will be process the same day. All order received after 3:00pm will be process the following day. Orders that have different billing and shipping addresses may take longer to clear our verifications department.
There is no one to accept the item I ordered. Can you just leave it on my doorstep? All orders require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, courier personnel will leave a note on your door. We cannot instruct them to leave the items behind under any circumstances.
Can orders be picked up through our office? No, our office is an administrative office only and does not hold any product inventory. In the rare circumstance than an order requires an additional shipping fee due to a remote destination or weight restriction, the buyer will be contacted with the amount and asked if they would like to proceed with the order.
We do not ship to hotels, R.R. addresses, trailer parks, freight forwarders, postal mail boxes or convention centres. Do you offer same day shipping? Yes, provided the order is received prior to 3:00pm. After I place my order, how long will it take for me to receive my package? After you place your order, the time it will take to receive your package depends on the processing time as well as the proximity to major city centres. Typically, locations within 50 kilometres of major city centres receive delivery within 24 hours and locations outside of city limits are typically delivered within 48 hours. I placed an order over the weekend. When can I expect my order to be shipped? Weekends are not considered business days. Any orders place after 3:00pm EST Friday are considered weekend orders. Orders placed on the weekend are not processed until Monday during regular business hours. How do I calculate shipment transit times? The day an order is shipped is not considered a transit day with the exception of an overnight shipment which arrives the next business day. Shipment transit days are business days only. Weekends and National Holidays are not considered business days and are not counted in transit days. How can I track my package after it has shipped? The day AFTER your order is shipped, you will receive an email with carrier and tracking information as well as a link to track your order. You may also log into your account to track your order on our website. When I placed my order, it did not show a carrier. Is there a specific carrier that you ship with? We ship UPS, FedEx, Canpar, DHL, Purolator and Canada Post as well as freight. Our shipping rates are based on flat rates. The shipping department will ship your order based on the most efficient carrier for your area in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship products within Canada.
What happens if my package is lost? Please notify customer support via email or telephone immediately. We will make all the necessary arrangements with the carrier and will send out another product to you as soon as your package is confirmed to have been lost. Please not that time is of the essence. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments not reported to customer support within 10 days of shipment date.
