Return and Warranty Policies - We will not be responsible for damage during shipment. The customer must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Once the package is accepted, and there is damage to the product(s), the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with UPS/Purolator. We will provide necessary assistance as required.

Stock Availability -- Our online stock reflects Canada Wide inventory.  If you are unsure about the availability of an item, please contact us by phone or email.

Some specials ( Brother ® ) end in the middle of the month or on Tuesday of that week , and that date may fall on the weekend. Any orders for those printers/Items must be placed prior to 4pm on the Friday. All specials/promotions have price only good to ??/??/2017. Those prices are good only to 4pm of that date. If that date falls on a weekend, the promo/special ends at 4pm on Friday prior.

How long does it take for my order to process? --All orders 4 hours for processing. Orders that have different billing and shipping addresses may take longer to clear our verifications department. It is always recommended, whenever possible, to ship to the same address as your billing address. If the order must be shipped to a different address than your billing address, we recommend shipping it to your work address in order to speed up processing times.

What taxes do I pay? H.S.T., Goods and Services Tax (GST) and PST will be charged for all orders shipped to Canadian addresses, except for orders bound to destinations where PST is exempt ( AB ) . 

How do I check on my order status? Your order status can be checked in 2 convenient ways: 1. Check the email you used to set up an account. We will email you as your order progresses through each stage of processing. 2. You may contact customer support during regular business hours either by phone-1-866-426-9104 or email.

I reside overseas and am currently in Canada. May I order using an international credit card and ship within Canada? No. Unfortunately, we do not accept international credit cards. The only cards we accept are those issued within Canada. Customer IP address is recorded in addition to the standard information collected. The following information is used to calculate Fraud Level: IP address, Customer City, Customer P.C., first 6 digits of credit card and domain(second part) of email address

How do I cancel an order? All orders that have NOT shipped yet may be cancelled by either contacting customer support via telephone or email during regular business hours. Order status can be verified by logging into your account online. All orders that HAVE shipped cannot be cancelled. You will have to log into your account and request a Return Authorization; subject to our return policy guidelines.

Can I make a change or add to an order already placed? Yes, you can make changes or add to your order as long as it has not been marked as shipped on the status page after logging into your account online. To make a change to your order, you may either contact customer support via email or by phone within regular business hours. If your order has been marked as shipped, you will need to place a new order. If you will be changing credit card or shipping address information, it may take up to 24-48 hours to process your order.

 What if an item is backordered? If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, If this happens, we will let you know.

Typographical Errors -- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or errors in pricing information received from our suppliers, We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. Have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Some manufacturers may have identical Part #s and therefore the wrong product may be over written. Call us @ 1-866-426-9104 or to verify, if it looks too good to be true. Do you offer price matches? YES Our discretion.  But please take into consideration they charge $12.00 to $25.00+ on shipping, and our price is free shipping up to 40 lbs. In an already competitive market we strive to give our customers the best prices available on the vast selection we offer. Our prices are updated daily and as product availability and pricing consistently change we do not offer any price protection. If you can get it for 1/2 price somewhere else why not purchase it???.And we do not price match American sites.
