Return and Warranty Policies -

  • NO REFUND ON COMPATIBLE TONERS BEING PURCHASED FOR HP PRINTERS ENDING WITH THE LETTER " e " 
  • NO REFUND FOR COMPATIBLE TONERS, THAT STATES COMPATIBLE TONERS, AND PRODUCT IMAGES ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY, THATS STATED ON EVERY PAGE. 

You will not be given a Refund, If you return another company's product. All products are barcoded by their supplier, So they know what was sent. We will not be responsible for damage during shipment. The customer must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Once the package is accepted, and there is damage to the product(s), the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with UPS/Purolator. We will provide necessary assistance as required.

If you discover that something you bought is defective, contact us 1-866-426-9104 immediately and/or the manufacturer, if its an Original product to ask for a replacement, or refund.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We believe in making your shopping experience convenient and worry-free.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 24 hours of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

You Cannot Return an Open Product if its not defective, there will be a re-stocking fee, from the specific warehouse. NO return on any Brother products, you must deal directly with Brother Canada.
