Return and Warranty Policies - We will not be responsible for damage during shipment. The customer must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Once the package is accepted, and there is damage to the product(s), the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with UPS/Purolator. We will provide necessary assistance as required.
If you discover that something you bought is defective, contact us 1-866-426-9104 immediately and/or the manufacturer, if its an Original product to ask for a replacement, or refund.
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We believe in making your shopping experience convenient and worry-free.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 24 hours of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
